Albany Creek Village Mother’s Day (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”) 

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. 
2. This Promotion is held at Albany Creek Village of 700 Albany Creek Rd, Albany Creek QLD 4035 (“Albany Creek Village”). 
3. This Promotion is being undertaken by The Strickland Family Trust trading as Strictlymarketing Pty Ltd (ABN 47 365 978 103) (“the Promoter”) on behalf of and as agent for Albany Creek Village, managed by One Managed Investment Fund Limited (ABN 47 117 400 987) of
   Level 3, 12 Creek St Brisbane QLD 4000.
   
4. The Promotion commences on Monday 1 May 2023 at 9am and concludes on Saturday May 13, 2023, at 5pm. 
5. To enter the draw customers must: 
   • Complete the online entry form and attach a valid receipt dated between Monday 1 May 2023 and Saturday May 13, 2023. 
   • Make a minimum purchase $100 from Coles, $40 from a Specialty Store or $20 from a fast-food outlet or Restaurant to receive a valid receipt. 
6. The prize is valued at $2,036.00 AU. The prize consists of several prizes’ sources from Albany Creek Village retailers and is comprised of:  
   • Complete Skin and Beauty$150 Gift Card and body butter, bath and body oil, bath and foot soak, cosmetic bag valued at $300.00 AU.  
   • Jetts Fitness1 x 3-month complimentary membership, 1 x PT session, 1 x backpack, 1 x gym towel, 1 x shaker valued at $388.00 AU. 
   • Coles Gift Card valued at $200.00 AU. 
   • The Lush Lilly Gift Cards valued at $250.00 AU.

   • Winner will be drawn at random on Sunday May 14, 2023.  
7. The winner will be announced on Facebook on Sunday May 14, 2023. Every effort to contact the winner will be made using the contact details provided on the entry form.  
8. The winner must be 18 years old or above and will be required to present valid photo ID on collection of their prize.  
9. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and Albany Creek Village and their related bodies corporate and contractors and any other organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. 
10. Only residents of Australia may enter. 
11. The Promoter and Albany Creek Village reserve the right to refuse any receipt that is not valid. 
12. Receipts that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify receipts suspected of being tampered with. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
14. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion: suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if for any reason: 
    • the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; 
    • the Promotion is corrupted, or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or 
    • if the determination of the Winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control. 
15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: 
    • any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated while administering this Promotion; 
    • any tax liability incurred by a customer. Individuals should obtain independent tax and financial advice;
16. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion. 
17. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence. 
18. By entering the Promotion, entrants’ consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter and / or Albany Creek Village for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Strictlymarketing, in acting as agent for Albany Creek Village. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. 
19. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
